Position title: Corporate Human Resources Department - Early Career Talent Location: Bogotá, Colombia Duration: Temporary up to 2 years EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS: The Young Professional will sit next to HR Team and learning day to day basic tasks such as: Face to face interaction with employees, managers, internal and external stakeholder. Support to daily HR Services activities: Employee Folders, Employee Personal Data changes in systems, Global Projects, Contractual Changes, Time & Absences, etc. Lead and implement different HR global and local initiatives. Be aware about local policies to deliver a good experience to the internal customers. Be responsible of all task about Onboarding and Offboarding process. Be responsible of social security affiliations in the Onboarding process. Provide 1:1 consultancy on local HR policies, acting as a second-level case manager for policy queries. Support partnerships with HR Directors, People Relations, Total Rewards, Payroll, Talent Discovery and external vendors. WORK EXPERIENCE: Working experience in the area is a plus; but must not exceed 2 years of experience EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: Recent Graduate from the University in one of the following careers studies: Engineering, Phycology, Business Administration or equivalent.
