Position Open to: Barranquilla, Bogotá, and Medellín The Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in optimizing our sales processes and supporting our sales team through data-driven insights and operational excellence. This position is responsible for managing core sales tools such as HubSpot, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, generating actionable reports, and coordinating key sales initiatives. Responsibilities are as follow, but not limited to: Project Management & Initiative Tracking: Act as the project manager for the Sales Operations team. Lead the planning and execution of internal projects, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables are established. Track team initiatives, follow up on task completion, and drive accountability to ensure goals are met on time and within scope. File Structure & Organization: Design and implement a standardized file structure for the Sales Department. Organize all sales-related assets to ensure team members can easily access the materials they need. Maintain logical, intuitive folders and naming conventions for optimal usability. File Oversight & Maintenance Cadence: Oversee the health and accuracy of all sales files. Coordinate with content owners to define update frequencies and implement a regular cleaning and update cadence. Ensure materials remain current, relevant, and consistently maintained. Process Documentation: Create clear and engaging presentations to document key sales processes and workflows. Ensure documentation is accessible, well-structured, and regularly updated to support team training and alignment. Sales Tech Stack Optimization: Own the management and optimization of the Sales Department’s technology stack. Create and implement strategies to maximize team efficiency through effective use of available tools (e.g., CRM, automation platforms, reporting tools). Stay up to date with key updates and new features, and proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve adoption, and enhance productivity through better tool usage. Data Reporting & Insights: Develop and deliver actionable reports that track tech stack usage. Analyze tool adoption, usage trends, and efficiency outcomes to provide insights that help leadership make data-driven decisions about tool optimization, training needs, and strategic improvements to the sales technology ecosystem. #J-18808-Ljbffr
