**Job Overview** We are seeking a Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in overseeing major projects and tasks to work towards and achieve major milestones within Ad Pros. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient project and task management using tools such as ClickUp and Google Drive as well as collaborating closely with the Ad Pros team and foundation managers to manage projects and improve workflows that will establish effective methods to achieve Ad Pros goals and milestones. **Responsibilities** - Project Management:_ - Create project scope with project sheets and task sheets. - Own the completion of major projects, tasks, and milestones. - Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and tasks across departments. - Task Management (ClickUp):_ - Manage and complete project sheets and task sheets. - Manage ClickUp efficiently for task tracking and completion. - Follow up with the Executive team on task and project updates, statuses and completion. - System Design and Development:_ - Document relevant systems, processes and SOPs across the business. - Support the Executive Assistant and Leadership team in templates, presentations, and documents. - Research:_ - Conduct research on various topics related to current and upcoming projects as required. - Work with and delegate to virtual assistants to complete research tasks. - Meetings:_ - Prepare for meetings by compiling relevant notes and meeting agendas to facilitate productive discussions. - Ensure CEO hosts and manages meeting agendas according to schedule. - Document meeting proceedings through call recording software. - Follow up on action items post-meeting and follow through to completion in clickup. - Reporting:_ - Assist in managing and monitoring Key Performance Indicator (KPI) sheets across various projects and tasks. - Update KPI sheets with relevant data. - Develop reports on metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis and share them with the Executive team. **Qualifications** - Professional level English proficiency both verbal and written. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or other relevant fields. - Proven experience working in project or operations management roles. - Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in system design, development, and optimization is desirable. - Familiarity with reporting and research methodologies. - Ability to facilitate meetings and drive productive outcomes. **More Details**: - Flexible, full-time remote job - Bonus structure available **Experience**: - project management: 2 years (required) **Language**: - english (required)
