Main Responsibilities - Manage service billing. - Overseepurchase orders from suppliers. - Maintain updated project P&L.-; Lead weekly follow-up meetings with clients. - Manage softwarechanges: define, estimate costs, and obtain client approval. -Coordinate change releases to production: conduct functionaltesting in pre-production, certification testing with clients,train internal or client teams if needed, and coordinatedeployment. - Maintain flexibility with working hours due tointeraction with the team in India. Requirements - Academicbackground: Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, orrelated fields. - English: Intermediate or advanced level (abilityto write and participate in meetings with international teams).Professional Profile - High sense of commitment, autonomy, andresponsibility. - Ability to work effectively with differentproject levels (Level 1, 2, and 3) and excellent communicationskills with clients. - Proactive mindset focused on continuousimprovement of services and processes. Technical Knowledge - SQLServer, query handling, and updates (DBA knowledge not required). -Windows Services. - Log analysis. - Proficiency with MS Project(desirable). - Jira (desirable).
