Become part of our growing team and work for a company that creates great customer experiences. **What we are hiring for?** We are hiring **Customer Service Representatives **to join our growing team! **Responsibilities**: - Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for following up with customers who have indicated an interest in our services. This is a **work from home position **with warm leads provided. - The role requires shift work and flexibility is an asset. - Hours of operation in Eastern time are from 8 am to 12 am Monday - Friday, 9 am - 9 pm Saturday and Sunday 9 am - 10 pm. You will be scheduled during these times and will be expected to work weekends. - Senior customer service agents have an opportunity to train and mentor new hires on exceptional customer service and operating systems (this includes providing praise and constructive feedback). - Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members and other departments. **Requirements**: - Two years’ experience in customer service or a call center environment is considered an asset. - Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software. - Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people. - Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. - Self-motivated to work productively in a virtual environment. - Must have a quiet work environment at home. **Technical Requirements**: - Personal computer (Windows 10 or higher) and **USB Headset**: - Minimum of 4 core processor or HIGHER - At least **8GB of Ram**: - High speed internet with direct connection **(no Wifi)** **25mbps** download **10mbps** upload - Monitors **Salary**: From $11,500 per hour Application Question(s): - Quiet space to work. - 2 monitor screens if you are able to get them otherwise one screen is fine, however it's very helpful at first to have two screens to be able to go back and forth from the script to the calling software - Fast speed internet per our requirements discussed.
