Job Description As a Senior Automation Quality Engineer , you’ll be at the heart of delivering top-notch software solutions, driving quality and functionality through automated functional testing. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a dynamic team to design, execute, and report on automated test cases, ensuring that systems align with business requirements and exceed client expectations. Qualifications Your Skills and Experience: Strong experience in developing automation testing scripts, particularly for API testing. Proficient in JavaScript/Java and Cucumber/Selenium for automation and testing purposes. Knowledge and experience in API performance testing, including using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Postman. Deep understanding and exposure to DevOps environments and CI/CD processes. Experience working with a range of application architectures, including Windows, Web, Mobile, and APIs. Proven experience in defect raising, tracking, management, and retesting using recognized tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality. Experience testing within an Agile methodology, particularly in functional testing. Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and communication. Strong communication skills with the ability to summarize complex information concisely and objectively. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deliverables efficiently. Flexibility in approach to tasks, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands. Ability to coordinate across multiple applications and test teams.
