Fundación Llevando Esperanza was founded in 2021 as a non-profit foundation based in Medellin, Colombia. The Foundation owns large farm properties, is buying more, and invests in new buildings for social use. Additionally, there are plans for a large reforestation project. The goal of the foundation is to support the promotion of peace, reconciliation, and restorative practices.For the further expansion of the activities of the foundation, we are looking for an:Administrative management of the foundationProperty and Real Estate managementExpansion of various sites with infrastructure and buildingsReporting to the international Board of DirectorsDegree in business administration, civil engineering, property/real estate management, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of working experience in one of the above-mentioned fields and in program managementGood understanding of construction, property management, and building projectsGood knowledge in business administration and financesLeadership mentality and analytical skillsAbility to think and act strategically with strong assertivenessHigh level of identification with the Christian values and the social mission of the foundationFluently speaking and writing in EnglishAbility to manage a small team in the officeAbility to travel around Colombia to oversee the properties and projects of the foundation #J-18808-Ljbffr
