Acquisition and Development Opportunity We are looking for a highly skilled Acquisition and Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in identifying, acquiring, and developing properties that meet our investment criteria. Key Responsibilities - Property Sourcing: Identify and acquire properties that align with our investment objectives, utilizing your knowledge of the local market and relationships with real estate professionals. - Deal Structuring: Develop and implement effective deal structures, taking into account factors such as risk, return, and cash flow. - Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals. - Performance Analysis: Analyze and evaluate the performance of acquired properties, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize returns. Requirements - Reliable Technology Setup: Ensure a reliable technology setup for remote work, including computer, camera, headset, and internet. - Virtual Team Meetings: Participate in mandatory virtual team meetings and be available for core collaboration hours. - CRM Experience: Possess experience with Google Workspace and CRM software; familiarity with Podio is a plus.
