Job summary We're hiring a Brand and Content Marketing Lead to bring the Genesis brand to life through storytelling, design, and multimedia content. Responsibilities - Translate strategy into storytelling: Bring Ox Creates' creative direction to life through high-quality content. - Design digital assets: Create engaging visuals for Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletters, and more. - Produce multimedia: Shoot and edit compelling videos—patient stories, team highlights, and behind-the-scenes content. - Own brand consistency: Maintain a polished, professional look across all channels—internal and external. - Leverage AI tools: Use AI for content ideation, copywriting support, and production acceleration. - Track performance: Monitor KPIs like impressions, content volume, and engagement to improve output. - Support internal storytelling: Create content for recruitment campaigns and staff engagement initiatives. Qualifications - Strong portfolio demonstrating photo and video editing, brand storytelling, and digital design. - Advanced proficiency in video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). - Proficiency in design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma). - Comfort with emerging tools for AI-generated content and automation. - Excellent English communication skills and a deep understanding of narrative structure and tone. - Ability to work independently while taking direction from multiple stakeholders. - Strong organizational skills, with experience managing content calendars and project-based creative workflows.
