Software Development Manager Role We are seeking an accomplished Software Development Manager to oversee software development initiatives across Salesforce, Azure, and integrated third-party solutions. This role involves collaborating with senior technical leaders, product owners, and scrum teams to deliver high-quality applications and system integrations that power our operations. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with senior development leads, architects, and scrum masters to plan, prioritize, and monitor team deliverables. - Coordinate development teams to align with business objectives and timelines. - Provide guidance and support to developers working across multiple technologies. - Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. - Work with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to define technical tasks and monitor progress. - Support the use of Azure DevOps and Copado for work management, deployment orchestration, and release tracking. - Manage scope, identify dependencies, and clear blockers to maintain team velocity. - Contribute to development standards and enforce best practices across Salesforce and Azure. - Coordinate third-party integrations, including eSignature, voice/SMS, and payment gateway services. - Promote secure coding, maintainability, and performance optimization across solutions. - Implement DevOps pipelines and CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps and Copado. - Monitor key delivery metrics and ensure teams meet sprint goals and delivery schedules.
