And how we can deliver a more sustainable world. _ **Purpose**: **Responsibilities**: Work with the Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs and assisting them through the hiring process from start to finish. Communicate the recruitment process and programs to Department Heads; Compile recruitment related tracking, metrics reports and analysis of the results recommending improvements; Develop knowledge of customer groups to effectively target recruitment efforts in a cost effective and efficient manner; Performs orientation/induction for all new SSC employees **What you will bring** **Technical and Industry Experience**: - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment role, most of that spent recruiting in a Shared Service Centre. - Experience in recruiting for Finance/BFSI/IT role required; - Knowledge of relevant local legislation in Colombia; - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Taleo preferred; - Operating knowledge of key office software and productivity tools in use such as: MS Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. - Interpersonal skills - establish direct working relationships and rapport with all levels within the organization, communication skills including verbal, written and presentation; - Customer service, including developing and improving customer relationships internally and externally; - Strong project management and presentation skills; - Strong written and oral communication skills, good interpersonal skills; - Proficiency in English (speaking and writing); - Deals on a day-to-day basis with highly confidential information; makes Human Resource related decisions on a daily basis in accordance with Human Resource policy, practice and legislation; - Performs job duties under supervision of either HR Manager or TA Manager, LATAM. **Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training**: **Required**: - Post-secondary education - Degree, or Diploma in Human Resources; MBA in HR an asset. **_What we offer you _** - Providing an agile culture and challenging work opportunities results in a positive work environment.
