Financial Markets Specialist We are seeking a skilled Financial Markets Specialist to contribute to the overall success of our Asset Servicing team. Located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Key Responsibilities: - Champion a customer-centric culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge. - Ensure accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting of Capital Markets payments through strong data analysis and reconciliation of large datasets. - Manage all aspects of incoming payment files for processing at all Coupon, Interest, and Maturity payments by reviewing online banking platforms. - Ensure timely loading of incoming payment files into the system for processing. - Verify compliance of incoming payment files with internal standards. - Provide high-level customer service, including regular updates, training, and cross-training other team members as required, including providing coverage during absences or peak periods. Requirements: - Strong Excel skills. - English level B2. - 0-2 years experience within the financial services industry across Middle Office and Back Office. - Experience in financial services/reconciliation procedures/accounting. - Knowledge of Capital Markets is preferred. - Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance. - Preferred VBA, SQL, or Python skills.
