**Full-time in person position in Medellin, Colombia** We are looking for new employees (M/F/d) in our sales team, to support us in acquiring new customers. We provide full in-depth training. During the training, you will learn about market research, lead generation and effective direct messaging techniques to help us acquire more clients in our coaching and mentoring program. This means that previous knowledge in sales in not necessary. The training phase is usually 2 months. The 3 to 6-month goal is to train you to become an lead generation and appointment setting expert within our sales team. This is NOT a sales job - while you are working in the area of sales and will be setting up sales calls, you will not be selling. Your responsibility is to conduct lead generation, screen prospects and be a helping hand for our closers. Your work will be done via phone/laptop. **Starting salary, full-time: 500 USD per month (circa 2.2M Colombian pesos per month).
