Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Performance Media Professional to join our Customer Experience Team in Bogotá, Colombia. This position will report directly to the Director, Revenue Acceleration and play a key role in strengthening our performance campaign execution and forecasting capabilities. This is an opportunity to lead regional performance strategies, drive innovation, and contribute to the evolution of Epsilon's data-driven marketing approach in LATAM. - Key Responsibilities: - Develop advanced performance strategies across programmatic and social channels to enhance delivery and efficiency. - Build and refine models to predict campaign performance, ensuring efficient budget allocation and execution. - Work closely with sales, account management, and operations teams to identify and implement scalable performance solutions for clients. - Monitor key performance indicators (critical metrics), analyze trends, and provide insights to improve campaign impact. - Align with local and global teams to implement standard processes and innovative strategies across LATAM. - Stay ahead of industry trends, testing new methodologies to enhance performance campaign delivery. - Educate internal teams on advanced performance marketing techniques to ensure continuous skill development. - Act as a trusted expert for key clients, providing strategic guidance on performance optimization and scalable solutions. Requirements - 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with expertise in programmatic or social media advertising. - Fluency with the digital environment. Knowledge in data interpretation capabilities. - Experience in writing and communicating Reporting / Projects / Analysis. Meticulous analytical experience with self-motivated research demeanor. - Strong understanding of forecasting models, delivery projections, and critical metric optimization. - Proficiency with programmatic buying platforms or any of the e-commerce platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, Criteo, Amazon, etc.). - Analytical attitude with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. - Strong communication and leadership skills to work with cross-functional teams and regional partners. - Proficient in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus). - Willingness to travel occasionally within LATAM.
