From enabling leagues to take control of their official data, to creating immersive fan experiences for sports, betting and media organisations, we are driven to the deliver the difference for our partners. **OUR DIVISION** - **Sportstech** Data capture, management and analysis tools that help leagues run their sport, unlock new revenue streams, and protect the integrity of their competitions. - **Video** Fully automated streaming technology, production and distribution services that help showcase sports to the world. - **Sportsbook** Everything an operator needs to manager their sportsbook and grow profits - all powered by the finest live sports data available. - **Media and Engagement** We help brands and publishers engage and monetise sports fans with personalised campaigns and content they will love. **The Role** We are looking for a driven and ambitious Management Accountant to drive the regular month end, local compliance processes, tax duties and global reporting processes for Colombian entity. This role will be based in Medellin. **Duties and Responsibilities** - Work closely and reporting to Regional Financial Controller for all treasury, accounting, payroll, taxes, audit, and compliance task assigned. - Management and analysis of monthly closing P&L;, BS and Cashflow figures, according to guidelines from Controlling and FP&A; standard from London office. - Work closely with third party partners for Payroll processes, local audit, tax submissions and Colombian mandatory reports (social security, labor risk, databases, legal and corporate requirements, etc.). - Assure cross backup training and document technical procedures to guarantee the quality and continuously on main processes. - Constantly training for Junior and Senior Accountant Analyst, assuring the quality and deadlines accomplishment for monthly closing assignments. - Collaborate across multiple internal functions with FP&A;, Operations and Office Facilities teams to ensure the best practices for treasury, accounting, payroll, taxes, audit, and compliance. - Build a rapport with internal clients, from C-level executives to managers and support staff locally and abroad. - Review and certification of Balance Sheet reconciliations. - Working with Internal Control team to ensure SOX compliance. - Short term cashflow forecasting. - Other Ad Hoc work as initiated or required. **Required Attributes, Skills and Experience** - 3-5 years' experience in treasury, accounting, payroll, taxes, audit, and compliance. - Bilingual English Spanish. - Broad experience in accounting ERP systems (Workday is a plus, Navision, Oracle, SAP) - Exceptional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills - Degree in Public Accountancy (Colombian CPA certification). **We Offer** As well as a competitive salary and annual leave allowance, our benefits include flexible working (50% of time spent in office), health insurance, skills training and much more, depending on location**.** We also offer a host of softer benefits, including many social events throughout the year such as summer and winter holiday parties, monthly team building events, sports tournaments, charity days and wellbeing activities.
