The senior role will support and partner with GS Finance citizen developers and IA Team developers with coaching, mentoring, and code reviews to enable them to develop, increase IA knowledge, and evolve the Citizen Developer program. Looking for skilled technical people to deliver automations across Global Services Finance for the Consumer sector! **Responsibilities**: **Automation Design, Development, Test, Delivery, Support**: - Leading and managing the automation design, development, deployment, and quality assurance in accordance with the GS Finance IA delivery methodology. - Responsible for all solution design documentation related to IA projects. - Test automations with process SMEs and stakeholders - Ensure successful deployment of automations into production without impacting existing automations and operations - Provide L2/L3 support on production automations Technical Architect: - Translate conceptual ‘to-be’ business process into technical design - Recommend best fit technology for each automation use case - Incorporate Enterprise standards, other automation best practices, and technical acumen to follow and improve IA Team’s Development standards. - Act as an architect of knowledge identification & develop an inventory/directory of reusable automation assets Design & Code Reviews: - Review Peer and Citizen Developer automation designs and code development for quality control and adhering to development standards - Share best practices, knowledge, and automation experiences with other IA Team and citizen developers to further develop IA talent IA Technology Capabilities: - Assess technology availability to address requirements; identify, procure, and evaluate tools. - Understand the breadth of IA technologies and determine the best fit for purpose tools regardless of complexity of solutions. **Qualifications** Position Requirements** **Required 5+ Years of Experience**: - In a shared service organization - As developer of intelligent automation solutions and/or leading CI projects preferably within a global services function - Reviewing and approving solution designs, development code reviews while following and improving development standards with Intelligent Automation technologies. - Required: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance & Accounting, Information Technology, or Computer Science is required. **Required Technical Skills**: Experience with architecting automation solutions including ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with business partners and Intelligent Automation team Experience leading or mentoring other developers and using ERP systems like SAP, JDE, Sales Force, and other non-ERP systems **Required Knowledge and Abilities**: - A demonstrable ability to successfully balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment - Strong collaboration, influencing, communication and framing skills along
