**Introduction** **Your Role and Responsibilities** To be successful in this role you: - Demonstrate a history of success as a consultant, pre-sales, sales, technical account management, or equivalent with IBM Software - Deeply understand customer business and technology needs to align IBM Software to meet the need - Strong technical knowledge of the IBM Software portfolio - Serve as a trusted expert for the customer’s deployment and adoption of IBM Software - Have a proven track record of leading business value conversations and persuading others to take action based on requirements and value provided by solutions - Have handled difficult customers or situations and can demonstrate resolutions - Willingness to take initiative and tackle things on your own - Ability to navigate data and people to find answers - Build and execute customer success plan to drive adoption post-deployment **Required Technical and Professional Expertise** - Sales or technical sales experience with IBM Software - Experience with enterprise software implementations and delivery - Demonstrated experience building production roadmaps - Ability to show customers how to “use” the offerings to get to first productive use and proactive expansion - Experience building ROIs and Business Value Assessments - Can build a growth plan to demonstrate how Growth Offerings will deliver customer outcomes - Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills - Strong interpersonal relationship building and executive communications skills - Can manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously **Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise** - 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Technical Sales - Experience working with IBM Software (Runtimes, Databases, Application and Infrastructure Monitoring and Management, Business Process Management, Integration, Security, Supply Chain, Asset Management, B2B Integration **About Business Unit** Are you craving to learn more?
