What You'll Do: - As a specialist in Procure-to-Invoice (P2I) product deployments,your main responsibilities will be in enabling customers indesigning, mapping business processes to best practice solutions,configuring and adopting best-in-class purchasing and invoicingprocesses. - You will work with some of the largest companies inthe world to guide them in defining the processes they use tomanage their Procurement activities. - Help customers focus ontheir goals and drive the implementation solution architecturetowards a successful, on-time implementation, taking intoconsideration Suite Synergy opportunities. - Oversee all functionaldesign aspects of implementation by taking the lead in managing andmentoring workstream solution architects from both Coupa andpartner teams, ensuring a successful delivery of the project scope. - Forge strong relationships with customers, partners, andcolleagues. - Provide subject matter expertise and industry bestpractices to colleagues, partners and customers. - Create and/orimprove implementation templates, best practices, training andpresentations and be a champion for their adoption. - Managecustomers where up to 25% of your time may include travel. What YouWill Bring to Coupa: - 6+ years of consulting experience inProcure-to-Invoice, either as part of a procurement organization ora consulting firm or software provider. - Fluent in Spanish,English (required) and Portuguese (preferred but not required). -Extremely strong client management skills and be able to guidecustomers through best practice driven design processes that leadtowards a rapid, successful go-live. - Outstanding interpersonaland communication skills, both written and verbal. - Experienceprototyping, demonstrating, designing, configuring, and deliveringprocurement systems is required. - Strong problem-solving,analytical, and presentation skills, including a thoroughunderstanding of how to interpret customer business needs andtranslate them into application and operational requirements. -Self-starter and quick learner, must be able to work independently,prioritize tasks, and adapt to changes in a fast paced andpassionate environment. - Highly organized with theability/experience to manage multiple simultaneous Enterpriseprojects. - May require some flexibility in working hours due tothe global nature of the role.
