Over the years, we've gained extensive experience collaborating with incredible talent from the Philippines, and it's a core part of how we operate and grow. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Content Creation**: Write and optimize blog posts, captions, and video scripts for real estate, neighborhood tours, small businesses, and events. Repurpose content across multiple platforms while ensuring SEO best practices are followed. - **Social Media Management**: Seamlessly manage Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and other platforms by posting, scheduling, researching trends and hashtags, and engaging with followers. Maintain brand consistency and stay up-to-date on platform best practices. - **Automation and Tools**: Develop automations to streamline workflows and enhance productivity using tools like ManyChat (preferred) and ChatGPT. Use Notion for organization and collaboration. - **SEO and Website Optimization**: Optimize written content and implement SEO strategies to boost website performance. - **Research and Reporting**: Conduct research on trends, competitors, and market opportunities. Track performance metrics, create reports, and provide actionable insights. - **Project Management**: Organize, prioritize, and manage tasks to meet deadlines. Proactively suggest and implement workflow improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Write and optimize blogs, captions, and video scripts for real estate, small businesses, and events - Manage and engage across social media platforms, maintaining brand consistency - Create automations to streamline workflows using ManyChat and ChatGPT (preferred) - Optimize website and written content with SEO strategies - Conduct research, track metrics, and provide actionable insights in reports - Organize and manage tasks to meet deadlines while suggesting process improvements **Required Skills and Qualifications**: - Excellent English proficiency, both oral and written - Proven strength in project management, including prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines - High attention to detail with outstanding work ethic - Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and systems - Problem-solving skills to address challenges independently - Experience in social media management (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) - SEO knowledge for optimizing content and improving website visibility - Proficiency in Canva and other graphic design tools - Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, and Notion for tracking and organizing data - Knowledge of ManyChat automations (preferred) and ChatGPT for content creation and automation - Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Preferred: Knowledge of real estate and small business promotion
