Funciones específicas: Supervise and lead the team of programmers, providing technical guidance, support, and mentorship while ensuring the quality and consistency of delivered work through continuous feedback and leadership. Lead the professional development of the team through training and mentorship, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with the objectives of each role and the Studio. Identify and resolve bottlenecks related to performance and optimization within the project. Address any complex bugs or issues that may arise during development, providing effective solutions. Support different team members in AI, Physics, Gameplay, Combat, UI/UX, Audio, and Engine. Conocimientos: Experience leading teams of 1 to 6 people. Professional experience in the video game industry, with a proven track record in implementing key systems in projects. Experience in video game projects from pre-production to launch, with multi-platform experience (PC, consoles, mobile). Advanced knowledge of game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine, UEFN). Advanced knowledge of tools and collaboration processes in game development teams, such as version control (Git) and project management systems. Knowledge of UEFN architecture, including complex device systems and persistent data. Knowledge of Unreal Engine architecture, including rendering systems, physics, collisions, and particle systems.
