It also involves leading and supporting a team of video editors fostering a culture of professionalism and accountability. Required Skills and Qualifications 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software 3. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills 4. 3+ years of proven work experience in video editing 5. Advanced proficiency in industry-standard editing software e.g Adobe Premiere After Effects Final Cut Pro Avid Media Composer Lightworks with a deep understanding of post-production workflows and visual storytelling techniques 6.
