**About AJC International**: **Position Overview**: **Essential Duties**: Including but not limited to: - Rate requests and pricing negotiations with our transportation vendors such as railroad, trucking, and drayage companies. - Identify the best routing for the execution of our shipments based on product readiness, freezers appointments, trucking, and ocean carrier’s services availability. - Daily interaction with our surface transportation vendors, managing allocations, building shipping capacity, and tendering loads. - Address daily tactical issues with our internal customers and transportation vendors. - Based on existing booked business, work with Operations and Sales Team teams to identify the timeline for future shipments.Identify opportunities to improve processes and performance.
