Seeking a skilled Senior IT Systems Administrator to join our Bogota team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of core collaboration tools and IT infrastructure. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with industry-leading technologies, including Google Workspace, Slack, Mimecast, OKTA, Microsoft 365, and project management tools. About the Role - Administer and support core collaboration tools, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience. - Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, configurations, and processes. - Administer and maintain the company intranet, ensuring content is up-to-date and accessible. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to collaboration tools and IT systems, providing timely and effective support to end-users. - Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems. - Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration, including Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Gemini, and other core services. - Experience with OKTA for identity and access management. Experience with Active Directory administration, including user and group management, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP. - Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
