Job Summary We are seeking a Sample Coordinator to coordinate the manufacturing processes for our Flavors operations in Colombia. This role involves overseeing the production planning, inventory control, and shipping processes to ensure timely delivery of materials to our customers. Main Responsibilities - Flavors Sampling Production - Lead the flavors Sampling area and its team to fulfill customer requests. - Conduct production planning to ensure material delivery. - Control inventory processes to guarantee availability and use. - Manage samples' shipping and improve processes. - Control and ensure stock of packaging materials for optimal delivery conditions. - Participate in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) management system activities. - Ensure legal compliance of samples shipping. - Quality & Food Safety - Participate in applicable processes within the Quality and Food Safety Management System. - Lead standardization and implementation of processes and projects focused on food safety. - Ensure safe handling of products by correctly applying operating and food safety procedures, and good manufacturing practices. - Report issues related to the food safety and quality management system. - Participate in updating and verifying the results of the food safety management system. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Food Engineering. - At least 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor/Coordinator in the food, food ingredients or chemical industries. - Experience in food or food ingredients production processes and management of hazardous materials. - Familiarity with Quality Management Systems, e.g. ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and continuous improvement. - Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and certification process. - Advanced English skills. - SAP knowledge.
