Ensure seamless data flow between form submissions, internal systems, and external recipients (e.g., firedepartments, police departments). Investigate and trace data outcomes from inspection reports, ensuring information is updated and accurate across platforms. Set up automated communications and notifications (e.g., emails) triggered by form actions or results. Act as a liaison between development, operations, and client teams to ensure technical solutions meet functional requirements. Own the entire integration process—from understanding the original form structure and logic to ensuringproper deployment and support in the new system. Requirements Experience integrating or migrating business workflows across platforms or systems. Familiarity with form-building tools, data mapping, and workflow automation. Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 level) – must be comfortable working across teams and clearly documenting processes. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a detail-oriented mindset. High autonomy – capable of working independently and proactively identifying and solving integration issues. Experience in support, technical operations, or system integration roles preferred. Prior exposure to inspection, compliance, or field service environments is a plus.
