As a Senior Training Consultant , you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs to facilitate and drive adoption of change. Working closely with the change management team, you will also evaluate and report on the effectiveness of these programs. The ideal candidate is a hands-on training professional who excels in collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to ensure effective change execution. Position Overview In this role, you will play a key part in designing and implementing training programs to facilitate and drive adoption of change. Key Responsibilities Design & Implement Training Programs: Develop training that aligns with transformational change initiatives, ensuring all messages are clear, relevant, and tailored to various audiences. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with change management teams, key stakeholders, and the business to understand the scope and objectives of change initiatives and create supporting training programs. Drive Employee Engagement: Create training that keeps employees informed and motivated. Reporting: Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of training programs. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field. Minimum 9 years of experience in developing training programs related to change. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages for internal audiences. Proficiency in content creation using Learning Management Systems. Advanced English level C1 or C2. The selected candidate must reside in Bogotá and be willing to work in a hybrid mode. Personal Qualities You are highly organized, a strong communicator, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You are collaborative, skilled at building relationships, and able to adapt communications to different audiences and learning styles.
