**About the role**: To manage the entire process for RTR and ICO in scope and aligned with the global SOP. Follow up with the BP / countries for correct and timely deliverables to the Customer and ensure the quality and delivery of KPI targets. To supervise, train, and guide the team members to execute their tasks and to comply with the GSC guidelines. Ensure the alignment and integration with the Service Line Leads in order to follow global practices and automation and efficiency targets. **Principal responsibilities**: - Manage, develop, direct and control a team with the objective of delivering the full range of services based on the SOP and to secure the achievement of Service Line targets - Provide functional, analytical, and strategic support to the Center Head in a proactive and timely manner. - Maintain and promote a permanent interaction with the BP in order to address on any service adjustment and/or business opportunities. - Collaborate with cross functional teams and other service lines to support service excellence and automation initiatives (OPEX and Transition full support). - To reflect the requirement of the BP / countries on the proper documentation of the process and devise guidelines to the teams to ensure compliance**.**: - Analyze existing working procedures and propose improvements and automation opportunities aimed to increase efficiencies and added value to the BP - Monitoring through available tools on the periodic reports to ensure timely closure of jobs and service line utilization resulting in achieving of the KPIs - Participate in Internal Audit activities to ensure management system is effectively maintained and compliance with global guidelines. - Positively drives the financial impact on the service lines Profit & Loss Account - Develop IKOs/ KPIs with team members and manage individual performance. - Manage the allocation of appropriate resources to ensure the achievement of the center strategic objectives and global targets. **Who can apply**: - Min 5- 8 Years of relevant experience.
