Work with the Global Network Architect on the design of all network (LAN, eLAN, WAN) and network design in the Global English region comply with Transcom standards. Standards include defining the network and security infrastructure, the Firewall/DMZ placements and overall restrictions, the networks maps, standards for PCI Compliance, defining the resilience strategy and standards for how all of the devices will be configured. Create with the Global Network Architect and maintain strategy, vision and roadmap for Network/Security Infrastructure including blueprints for standard builds/deployments. Roadmaps may include fundamental architectural and/or product changes. Assist in creating Business Cases, Financial Statements, Gap Analysis, Risk Analysis, Life Cycle Management Analysis for imminent and future Strategy/Infrastructure/Security projects. Responsible for understanding the clients' business and assisting the technology and bid teams in understanding the network solution, proposing reliable/scalable compliant solutions for internal as well as external customers within the Global English region. Recommend products (hardware, OS, software and third party tools) based on business requirements and product comparisons. Scopes, effort estimations and reviews on need basis for new projects. Produces a PID for large change projects together with the PMO. Assisting the Service Delivery team and Project management Team during complex incidents and project implementation stage. Design and deliver PCI Compliant Secured Solution which helps increase client base. Work with the global Security Team to comply to or improve set standards and policy Deliver High level design/architecture documentation as required. Help IT Governance and Corporate Procurement teams to manage third party providers globally. Work with Global Network delivery and operational teams to support 4th Level for operational issues - P1 / P2 if required occasionally
