Responsibilities - Design and implement email marketing strategies to achieve business goals, such as lead generation, customer retention, and sales growth. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align email campaigns with overall marketing initiatives and branding. - Support Paid Ads Campaign Execution: - Plan, create, and execute targeted email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, product launches, and drip campaigns. - Develop engaging and personalized email content, including subject lines, email copy, and calls-to-action (CTAs). - Ensure campaigns are mobile-friendly and optimized for various devices. List Management: - Manage and grow email subscriber lists while maintaining data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM). - Segment audiences based on customer behavior, demographics, and preferences for tailored messaging. Performance Analysis: - Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates. - Identify trends and opportunities for optimization to improve campaign effectiveness. Automation and Tools: - Implement email marketing automation workflows using tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar platforms. A/B Testing and Optimization: - Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email designs, and content to identify what drives the best results. - Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data.
