3-5 years' of Siebel development experience, including configuration, workflows, LOV's, EIM, and EAI - Strong understanding and experience with Siebel data model and data entities like customer, prospects, assets, vehicles and other entities - Advanced Knowledge of Siebel Architectures (post Siebel IP 17) including Gateway, Siebel, Siebel Application Interface, and Database Servers. - Siebel File System management and housekeeping. - Knowledge of Siebel Tools Configuration. - To define functional and technical requirements with end users and technical. - Siebel CRM, or other relevant certifications - Experience with Puppet scripting - Expertise on enhancing web templates, JS, CSS files, Physical Model and Physical Renderer for Siebel Open UI - Knowledge of Siebel SOAP Structure, import/exporting WSDLs, XSDs, XMLs - Expertise in Siebel Workflows or Business Process Automation, Workflow Error Handling, Exception Handling - Expertise in Siebel Scripting - Expertise in Creating/Design Siebel Integration Object Structures - Expertise in working with various EAI Business Services - Understanding/Hands On with various Siebel Adapters preferred - Correlating performance issues with fixes needed in Siebel objects, long running queries, DB changes, etc - Experience with Agile, Scrum, iterative, or waterfall development and project methodologies - Good analytical skills and problem solving skills. - Good interpersonal skills and good team connect. - Bachelor's degree in systems engineering or related **Oracle is an Affirmative Action-Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
