Marketing Professional Role We aim to create positive impacts through innovative food solutions, fragrances, and beauty products that enhance lives. As a Marketing Manager, you will build market understanding for assigned product categories, craft client presentations, and develop marketing information to support commercial strategies. You will drive business growth through Client Intimacy programs and New Product development. Key Responsibilities - Analyze client brand opportunities and ideate new concept directions, including creation of concepts, writing, visuals, and olfactive recommendations. - Develop category reviews and trend presentations tailored to specific client needs. - Create and deliver client presentations that showcase your skills and expertise. - Collaborate with Sales and Evaluation teams to establish effective olfactory direction for winning briefs. Market and Consumer Understanding - Built in-depth market and consumer understanding for assigned product categories. - Share knowledge amongst marketing team members across categories and regions to foster collaboration and innovation. Your Professional Profile - You have a degree in Marketing or related fields and ideally post-graduate studies in Innovation Methodologies. - A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in industry, preferably in both agency and client sides. - Strong verbal and written command of English and Spanish native language skills. - Prior experience running or contributing to product innovation projects is highly valued. - Familiarity with Givaudan systems and ability to utilize information effectively. - Knowledge of fragrance products, trends, key customers, and competitors on a global/regional level. - Ability to analyze data to strengthen consumer awareness and understanding. - Demonstrated olfactory skills and the ability to communicate complex fragrance concepts effectively.
