Key Responsibilities 1. Oversee the health and growth of a team of 8 engineers across two teams in the development of the Quality Technology Platform. 2. Develop talent through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development. 3. Advocate for engineering excellence, best practices, tooling, and automation. 4. Capture and analyze team metrics to improve development processes. 5. Attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive team environment. 6. Qualifications / Skills 1. Proven experience as a software engineer or related role with a minimum of 8 years. 2. At least 3 years experience as a hands-on software engineer. 3. At least 4 years managing software engineers, with at least 2 years managing teams of 5 or more. 4. Passionate about developer productivity and data-driven decision-making. 5. Familiarity with Cloud Service Providers, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and engineering best practices. 6. Understanding of system design, scalability, performance, and security. Benefits 1.
