The team is looking to grow its sales capacity by bringing on a reliable, proactive Sales Associate to support new installations and manage customer acquisition. Position Overview: We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team and play a key role in identifying, engaging, and closing sales for new elevator installations. This position involves lead generation, client interaction, sales negotiations, and collaboration with installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong communication and negotiation skills, thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, and can work both independently and collaboratively to meet sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Sales Prospecting: Identify and cultivate new sales leads through cold calls, emails, and networking efforts. Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain organized sales records. Client Engagement & Consultation: Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored elevator installation solutions. Deliver detailed product information, addressing customer concerns and ensuring clarity in service offerings. Sales Closing & Proposal Management: Communicate and negotiate with clients to finalize sales contracts. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to potential buyers. Coordinate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution and timely installations. Customer Satisfaction & Reporting: Address client concerns or questions, ensuring a smooth customer experience. Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management, tracking progress toward goals. Skills & Qualifications: Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe PDF for documentation and communication. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities for closing sales deals. Ability to work independently while collaborating with installation teams. Organized and detail-oriented, with strong record-keeping skills. Self-motivated and proactive, with a customer-first attitude. Nice-to-Haves: Experience in sales, particularly in elevator or construction-related industries. Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking sales leads and client interactions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
