Professionals not considered. - Experience: No prior call center experience needed. - Students are not accepted. - Must not have worked with Cos in the last 90 days. Work Conditions Responsibilities: Customer retention via Call Center. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, 8 hours daily, 44 hours weekly, rotating shifts. No Sundays or holidays. Salary: $1,423,500 + Uncapped commission based on KPI achievement (average of 300,000) + all legal benefits, paid monthly on the 5th via Bancolombia savings account. Contract: Work contract during OJT, then converted to indefinite term. Training Call Center Workshop: 3 days (Virtual - Unpaid). Product Orientation: 16 days (Mixed - Unpaid) (Start date 24/07/2025). Hiring: Upon completing 100% of the product orientation period under the current legal minimum daily wage (SMDLV). Workplace: On-site at our facilities in Puente Aranda KR 42 BIS # 13 - 90 site 6.
