You will oversee the operational aspects of pricing decisions, analyzing market data to optimize pricing structures, and ensuring seamless execution of pricing changes across our product portfolio, often collaborating closely with sales, finance, and product management teams. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Support Pricing Strategy Development: Conduct market research to identify competitor pricing, customer price sensitivity, and industry trends. Analyze cost structures and profitability to inform pricing decisions. Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with overall product goals and business objectives. Pricing Operations Management: Monitor and manage price changes across the product portfolio, ensuring accurate implementation in systems. Develop and maintain pricing tools and dashboards to track key pricing metrics and performance. Identify and address pricing discrepancies or system errors. Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze sales data to identify pricing trends, customer behavior patterns, and areas for optimization. Leverage data to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and make data-driven adjustments. Develop pricing models and simulations to test different scenarios and forecast revenue impact. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management teams to align pricing strategies with product roadmap and development plans. Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate cost calculations and revenue forecasting. Partner with sales teams to communicate pricing strategies and provide training on pricing policies. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5 years of experience in product management, pricing, or a related role in the software industry preferred. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with market research and competitor analysis. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
