You will lead a team to create a disruptive content platform for private markets, helping investors, consultants, and corporate clients identify and track key industry players across geographies. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end content production process, including quality assurance. Lead and support junior team members, fostering growth through feedback, skills enhancement, and talent development. Identify information sources, gather and interpret data, analyze, and present insights on high-growth companies. Research and screen PE-owned and privately held businesses from various sources. Conduct interviews with industry specialists to gather sector insights and company knowledge. Produce insights on market trends, financials, competitive landscape, and due diligence risks. Assist in product demos and business development activities, including client meetings. Lead client feedback sessions. Contribute to automating and scaling data collection processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business management, economics, or related field. 4-5 years experience in Consulting or Strategy/Commercial roles. Passion for building new products and excitement about the unknown. Ability to interact confidently and professionally with senior industry executives. Strong entrepreneurial drive and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven effectiveness. Strong teamwork skills, especially in diverse teams. Results-driven, capable of managing time effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. Proficient in English.
