The Role Our Brand and Content Marketing Lead will bring our brand to life by executing across a wide range of channels—from social media and video to email, events, and internal communications. This role requires daily overlap with U.S. Central Time Zone hours. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure all content aligns with our brand manifesto, resonates with our audiences, and reflects the noble profession of orthopedic surgery in a modern and accessible way. Responsibilities - Translate strategy into compelling stories that bring our brand to life. - Design engaging visuals for multiple channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletters, and more. - Produce high-quality multimedia content, such as videos and animations. - Maintain a polished, professional look across all channels. - Leverage AI tools to support content ideation, copywriting, and production acceleration. - Monitor KPIs like impressions, content volume, and engagement to improve output. Requirements - Strong portfolio demonstrating photo and video editing, brand storytelling, and digital design. - Advanced proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. - Proficiency in design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma. - Excellent English communication skills and a deep understanding of narrative structure and tone. - Ability to work independently while taking direction from multiple stakeholders. Preferred - Experience working with healthcare or mission-driven brands. - Familiarity with social media analytics and tools like Meta Business Suite or Hubspot.
