Senior Art Director We are seeking a visionary creative leader who excels in fast-paced environments and is passionate about discovering innovative content that captivates our target audience. As the lead creative visionary, you will oversee the development of impactful campaigns from concept to execution, championing and selling creative work, evolving design strategies, and translating marketing and branding strategies into compelling stories. Responsibilities: - Develop concepts for clients based on briefs provided by copywriters or other team members. - Visualize ideas through sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and layouts. - Collaborate with specialists such as artists, photographers, and developers to bring projects to life. - Offer input to creative meetings and share ideas to drive innovation. - Produce effective designs for various media channels. - Manage projects, both on and off location, and deliver high-quality results. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Expert knowledge of design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and editing tools (e.g., Lightroom, After Effects). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong visual elements, including layout, typography, hierarchy, and composition. - A keen eye for design and visualization, with meticulous attention to detail. - Time management and multitasking abilities. - Creativity and problem-solving aptitude. - Ability to meet deadlines in high-pressure environments. - Inspirational and visionary leadership, with a self-driven approach to maintaining and improving design standards. - Team player with flexibility to adapt to project needs. - Minimum 5-6 years experience; agency or social media experience preferred. - Online portfolio with link provided.
