Vacancy: Quality Coordinator Location: Bucaramanga Company: Offimédicas SA, a logistics operator and leading pharmaceutical company nationwide. Purpose of the position Ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with quality, efficiency, legality, and ethical standards in all of the organization's operations and processes. Coordinate, plan, and execute internal audits, as well as ensure the proper storage, distribution, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products in accordance with current legislation, contractual commitments, and Offimédicas SA guidelines. The Quality Coordinator will lead a talented and committed team focused on operational excellence and compliance with the highest quality standards. Their mission will be to motivate, guide, and develop their team to achieve organizational goals and enhance the performance of the pharmacy and warehouse network. Main functions Coordinate the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) . Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in the QMS. Review and update process characterizations, policies, manuals, procedures, formats and annexes of the QMS. Conduct quality inspections and verify the correct generation and management of QMS records. Design and execute the internal audit plan , including objectives, scope, resources, and schedule. Monitor the performance of the processes under your responsibility and ensure compliance with the ISO 9001 standard . Monitor corrective and preventive actions, ensuring their proper implementation. Promote good auditing practices and raise staff awareness on quality issues. Coordinate and supervise logistics maintenance, rotating inventories, and product reception in pharmacies and warehouses. Monitor and analyze product expiration dates, managing returns when appropriate. Motivate and lead a talented team, ensuring collaborative work, professional development, and goal achievement. Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar positions, leading teams and managing quality systems.
