Strong software engineering and core computer science skills 2. Expertise with **Kotlin, Android Studio, and the SDK** platform (or Java) 3. Knowledge of **UI / UX **standards and the Android human interface guidelines 4. Experience with common view patterns in Android, such **MVVM or MVP** 5**. **Experience integrating **third-party libraries **and **REST APIs with Android** 6. Familiarity with the **software development lifecycle** in an app product context, including store release processes. 7. **Engagement with agile methodologies **and effective customer and product issue tracking. **Nice to have**: Expertise with build customization (ex. gradle, Kotlin DSL), automation and testing (Espresso, Compose test), app databases (ex.
