Whats unique about this job (What you’ll do) We are seeking an IT Process Analyst (RPA) to join our Data & Process Automation team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing business processes, documenting requirements, and identifying automation opportunities to drive operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and automate key processes, ensuring that PriceSmart continues to deliver exceptional member experiences. Responsibilities: Analyze, document, and optimize business processes to enhance operational performance. Develop detailed documentation, including flow charts, process maps, and user stories. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design and implement automation solutions using RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere). Conduct data analysis to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities. Create and maintain process documentation to ensure clear communication and alignment. Support cross-functional teams in deploying automation initiatives and process improvements. Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new process enhancements. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Information Systems , Industrial Engineering , or related field. 3+ years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, or process automation. Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. Proficiency in creating process maps, flow charts, and technical documentation using tools like Visio or Lucidchart . Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
