Provide exceptional technical support via calls, chats, and emails 2. Resolve support inquiries of various difficulties 3. Gather data to ensure the required technical info is collected to resolve complex tickets 4. Ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction 5. Maintain knowledge of our client's products and services 6. Work securely with customers' sensitive information 7.
