Responsibilities: Organize and oversee work schedules. Ensure monies are deposited regularly and reports are submitted as per company policies. Maintain and improve store standards in housekeeping, merchandising, presentation, and service. Hold regular communication meetings with managers and staff to ensure plans are executed. Address customer needs and resolve issues to foster positive, long-term relationships. Perform spot inventory counts and checks to ensure inventory accuracy. Maintain a clean and inviting store environment. Support the Store Manager in achieving Gross Profit Margin, Net Margin, and Sales Targets. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership and management abilities with motivational skills. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. Flexible and open schedule. Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED required. Customer service experience required. Physical Requirements: Frequent standing for long periods. Ability to lift 25-50 pounds at times.
