As a Payroll Analyst on the SSO Andean team reporting to the SSO Andean Finance Manager, you will focus on balance sheet reconciliations, contract terminations, and payroll processing. What your day-to-day will be like: Provide technical support to hotels regarding payroll issues. Manage and process payroll in collaboration with local HR. Review accounting accruals, social security, vacations, and related accounts. Ensure payroll processing complies with local labor and tax laws. Prepare payroll reports for reviews and audits. Support and review payroll payment controls. Process benefit-related information and payments (retirement plans, social security, health insurance). How you will collaborate with others: Hold periodic meetings with hotel finance directors to review reports and accounting journals. Maintain constant communication with internal stakeholders, mainly local HR managers. Review internal policies and procedures collaboratively. What projects you will take ownership of: Planning strategies to improve internal processes for increased efficiency. Implementing efficient payroll processes in accordance with local labor laws and Hilton policies. WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT You have these minimum qualifications: At least two (2) years of experience in high-volume payroll processing. Knowledge of payroll systems such as Siesa, Zeus, or Novasoft. Intermediate proficiency in Excel. Experience with Windows suite (Word and Outlook).
