Title and Summary Manager, Account Management Job Description Summary Responsible for supporting the Mastercard Direct Business Model by identifying, generating, closing and growing new profitability opportunities associated specific segment of customers through the implementation of business strategies and tactical plans. Mastercard Direct Business Unit has the objective to serve and promote sales growth in specific countries with specific customer segment in a holistic Customer Relationship Management and Business Development strategy for LAC Region. You will work closely with our prospects to grow new customer business and Mastercard revenues while meeting strategic objectives in specific markets. **Responsibilities**: Develop sales pipeline leveraging all available resources, primarily cold calling, in person meetings, communication and coordination with marketing, product and development team. Develop and execute an individual territory plan for each of the prospect. Achieve sales and revenue objectives as set by business unit senior management. Develop financial modeling and business cases for identified opportunities, as well as coordinate contract development. Develop, coordinate, and deliver sales presentations to identified opportunities. Coordinate with regional implementation support to ensure new customer implementation needs are met. Communicate and coordinate with the product development organization to highlight product innovation opportunities emerging from discussions with customers and potential customers. Conduct all due diligence process for qualification for a Mastercard’s license (Franchise, Legal, Risk Management, AML, Finance) In partnership with internal areas, to execute implementation process within Mastercard’s platforms for all new Customers approved with a License. All About You Bachelor's degree preferred, International Business, Finance Languages: Bilingual English & Spanish Proven track record in direct prospect sales, business strategy. Industry product and processing expertise preferred. Business experience and sales, preferably in the payment industry. Ability to network successfully within a complex organization and matrix manage initiatives with multiple stakeholders. Detailed understanding of P&Ls; associated with the cards business. Motivated self-starter, ability to work independently, able to identify and direct activities to achieve objectives. Deep knowledge of card products a bonus. Able to identify and capture opportunities for increasing Mastercard revenue and profitability while maintaining a customer focus. Strong presentation and proposal skills. Able to manage multiple tasks and accountabilities in a fast paced, matrixed environment. Ability to move sales prospects through a discipline framework that includes understanding the voice of customer and providing a solution that aligns with their needs.
