Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying discrepancies, and supporting internal teams through accurate reporting and visualization. The ideal candidate has at least 1–2 years of prior experience in a data analyst role and is confident working independently in a fast-paced environment.The position offers the flexibility of being fully remote, with required working hours that are Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Key Responsibilities: Support internal users by identifying, investigating, and resolving data entry discrepancies Accurately collect, document, and maintain specified data metrics in electronic systems in a timely and organized manner Conduct internal audits to verify data integrity across programs and platforms Assist in generating reports that provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders Perform low to medium volume data entry into various organizational systems with high attention to detail Create and contribute to data visualizations using internal tools and third-party programs Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent data practices and ongoing data quality Qualifications: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a data analyst or data-related role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is required Experience with Python or a similar programming language used for data processing or analysis Ability to perform accurate data entry and data maintenance in business systems Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) is a plus Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with CRM systems, databases, or enterprise information systems Understanding of data governance, data quality, and compliance standards Background in nonprofit, education, healthcare, or technology sectors What We Offer: Fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling Supportive, mission-driven team culture Opportunities for professional development and skill advancement Competitive salary Compensation $12-$15 per hour.
