Technical Skills: Well-versed in software development, version control tools, best practices, and design patterns. Skilled in writing and understanding SQL queries. Experienced in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. Expertise in HCL Digital Experience. Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Communication Skills: Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility: Flexibility to provide off-hours support as required. Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
