Digital & Multichannel Medical Affairs Manager **Category**:Medical Affairs**Location**:Bogota, Cundinamarca, CO- **The Position** - As Digital & Multichannel Medical Affairs Manager you will lead the digital and multichannel medical strategy.**Activities and Responsibilities** - Develop and implement a multichannel strategy to engage healthcare professionals and patients through various channels, including digital, social media, and events. Coordinate with Medical Managers to ensure content created is aligned with the strategic needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer engagement, marketing, sales, and medical affairs, to ensure alignment and integration of multichannel initiatives. - Develop a continuous and sustained process for engaging and building relationships with DOLs (Digital Opinion Leader HCPs). - Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of multichannel campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize engagement. - Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely and effective execution of multichannel initiatives. - Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in multichannel marketing and healthcare engagement. **Required Qualifications** - Medical Doctor. - Fluent in oral and written English level. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
