These plans are designed to cater to different stages of life, from having a new family member to retirement, and offer flexible options to suit individual needs. **DESCRIPTION**: A Benefits Product Specialist is responsible for managing and developing a company's employee benefits products. This includes analyzing current benefits programs, researching new products and services, and creating customized benefits packages. The Benefits Product Specialist works closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure that products meet employee needs and are cost-effective.
