This role primarily focuses on Talent Acquisition (70%) , with additional responsibilities in HR & People Support (30%) as business needs evolve. What You’ll Do Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end hiring for specialized IT roles, billing, marketing, and other key positions —from job scoping to offer negotiations. Strategic Sourcing: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and external networks to attract top talent. Candidate Pipeline: Build and maintain a pool of pre-qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business goals. Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth hiring process with clear communication, structured interviews, and timely feedback. Data-Driven Recruiting: Track key metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, interview-to-offer ratios) and provide monthly reports. Employer Branding: Create engaging content to showcase Abatech’s culture, diversity, and career growth opportunities, increasing inbound applications. HR & People Support (30%) Onboarding & Integration: Enhance onboarding programs to help new hires quickly adapt and reach full productivity. Employee Engagement: Foster an inclusive and high-performance culture, supporting feedback and talent development initiatives. Talent Development: Identify skill gaps and support training initiatives and performance feedback culture. Retention & Culture: Monitor attrition KPIs, improve retention strategies, and implement best-in-class HR practices to make Abatech a great place to work. What You’ll Need 2+ years of recruiting experience (Tech industry experience is a plus!)
